This is how Therachew was born!
Dr. Cho, a veterinarian who invented Therachew, was deep in thought, looking at "Simba." "Simba," almost two years old, was suffering from bad breath. Although Dr. Cho knew "Simba" needed tooth brushing and scaling, brushing "Simba's" teeth was not an easy job, while finding time to help "Simba" with scaling was also difficult. Dr. Cho knew that many pet owners would be facing similar difficulties.
He also needed to find a way to give "Simba" medications easily. Of course, Dr. Cho knew how to give medications. He even knew how to put a pill deep down a dog's throat for it to swallow. For "Simba," however, this was not a fun way to take medicine. Although "Simba" would swallow the medicine, Dr. Cho could tell that it was not a pleasant experience for "Simba."
Dr. Cho knew that dogs and owners build true relationships through interaction. A trusting relationship is more important than just giving medications. At times, however knowing that certain situations call for medical treatment, it is unavoidable to have to force feed a dog medication and jeopardize the built-up trust and relationship.
Is there any way to overcome such difficulties?
Dr. Cho could not help but think about how to make giving medications not be stressful for both dogs and owners, where no one is being forced, where there is a high level of exchange and communication, so that owners can regularly give medications easily and comfortably.
"Simba," just like any other dog, loved bones and other chewy things that he could chew on. As a dog, it is probably hard to shed that carnivore instinct. Unfortunately, "Simba," who loves to chew, couldn't find much around the house to chew on. Dog chews were the only way to enjoy himself and to communicate with his owner.
Looking at "Simba" chewing on dog chews all day long, Dr. Cho became convinced. That's It! Why don't I add medical ingredients to dog chews? This will help solve all of the problems! This is how the Therachew (Therapy + Chew = Therachew) series was born.
Dr. Cho ponders upon the unique characteristics of dogs. As descendents of carnivore wolves, dogs are born to enjoy chewing. What would be the best means to satisfy such needs?
A majority of dog chews on sale are made out of calf leather, with no guarantee of their safety. Many were questioning the safety of the dog chews.
This is the solution! Dr. Cho was determined.

Second, let me help dogs fulfill their urge to chew.
Adding medical ingredients to dog chews would spare the dog being force-fed medications, and would also free the owner of this stressful procedure.
With this in mind, Dr. Cho became determined to use safe and controllable ingredients. He avoids using artificial flavors and pigments, as well as preservatives, to make safe products using only ingredients that have been classified according to safety grades.
Using vegetable ingredients to produce products with the meaty texture of animal protein was harder than it seemed. Through countless trials and errors, Dr. Cho finally created a product that had a texture similar to meat.
The idea of making both dogs and owners happy by fulfilling the dog's urge to chew led to finding the perfect material, which came with many other benefits. Although it isn't as perfect as a toothbrush, Therachew, which has the same texture as meat, can help remove plaque from your dog's teeth through friction. Inspired by this, Dr. Cho successfully invented a hexagon-shaped dog chew, which can provide the most ideal friction force. This is how T-immune, aimed at helping oral health and eliminating bad breath, was developed. Dr. Cho developed a wide range of health products in the form of dog chews, with the hope of providing a happier world for both dogs and owners. This is how Therachew series was made.
